Marketing, Design Communications Associate for Skin and Beauty Center

This role is responsible for assisting in marketing, design and communications efforts for a bustling and growing medical practice. This position will work collaboratively with our marketing coordinator and with direction from operation leads. We are looking for a creative and reliable individual, motivated to support, and implement compelling marketing strategies for busy teams, as well as engage, educate and inspire our patient population.

Your abilities and strengths should include design work, digital, email, print and event marketing.

What you will Do

• Daily content creation
• Graphic design
• Digital, email and print marketing
• Arrange printing with vendors
• Product marketing
• Event marketing
• Social media management
• Video editing
• Branding
• Yelp & Google Business management
• Analyze data and reports and provide reporting to track progress
• Website updates
• Track progress of various website projects in queue.
• Prepare periodic reports to present to operation leads
• Provide copywriting and proof/editing for various marketing
• Travel between our office locations in Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, West Hills and Santa Clarita as needed

Requirements

• Ability to coordinate and produce email marketing in support of our current promotions and company goals.
• Assist operations with projects and cosmetic events - planning and logistics.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles; layout, composition using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office 365, Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, Calendly, Mailchimp, Google My Business, Yelp Business, Facebook Business, editing software, Google Analytics
• A highly organized doer with an exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative and execute

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• B.A. in Marketing, Design, Communications or related field, or relevant experience completed or in-progress
